SYSTEM OF LEGAL ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES OF OFFICIALS PUBLIC SERVICE FOR VIOLATION OF LEGISLATION IN THE FIELD OF PREVENTION OF CORRUPTION

Abstract
In the article the author analyzes the system of legal responsibility of officials of the public service for violating the requirements of the legislation in the field of preventing corruption. The author proves the expediency of introducing the responsibility of legal entities for the commission of corruption offenses. As a conclusion, the author makes a proposal on the need for codification of legislation on the issues of passing a public service.
