SYSTEM OF MONITORING OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISES: COMMUNICATIVE ASPECTS

Abstract

The article describes an integrated approach to the study of communication aspects of the monitoring system for sustainable development of enterprises. The author systematized communications objectives, which should stand in front of enterprises involved in the transition to the implementation of the concept of sustainable development. It was determined that in order to meet the needs of different end-users require different levels of detail or generalizations and various forms of information. It is noted that recently in a society marked tendency to use monitoring information management system not representatives of enterprises and the public. Therefore, the author believes it is appropriate to deliver differentiated information: the stakeholders – through the media, meetings conferences and seminars, and by the management – in the form of reports or during the thematic meetings. For mass distribution monitoring information in an accessible comprehensive form appropriate to use the limitless possibilities of the Internet. The author emphasizes the desirability of a report monitoring information on sustainable development of the company. It identified the following components: 1) vision and strategy; 2) general description of the company; 3) the structure of the management systems; 4) outlined the content of the disclosure; 5) indicators of sustainable development (in units), submitted in accordance with the selected type of systematization. In the process of the main provisions of sustainable development bleached role of communication and intensity of factors which they pour. The author proved that the monitoring and evaluation stage can automatically be considered successfully completed only when the information used in decision making. Different levels of information synthesis, detail and variation form of presentation of data required in order to meet the needs of all potentially interested persons report. Proved feasibility of introducing the principle of sequential aggregation of monitoring data, as stakeholders need different amounts of management information that actually defines the logical end of the cycle monitoring sustainable enterprise development.
