Systematization of the municipal legislation of Ukraine: the definition.

Abstract
The article substantiates that the systematization of the municipal legislation of Ukraine is bringing to the structural and logical order the provisions of the national normative legal acts (the Constitution of Ukraine, laws and by-laws) and international treaties, that are binding on Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine consent, which regulate social relations on local self-government. It is proposed to add to this definition also the information on the forms of systematization, which are perspective for systematization of the municipal legislation of Ukraine.
