The civil responsibility of the state for the damage caused by a terrorist act.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the disclosure of peculiarities of state’s bringing to civil responsibility for damage caused by the commission of a terrorist act. There is investigated the structure of a tort liability arisen in case of state’s compensation for harm caused by a terrorist act. In the article on the basis of analysis of the current legislation there is drawn conclusion that all types of state’s obligations to compensation for victims for harm caused by a terrorist act have a civil-law nature.
