Systemic technologies as an element of smart innovation in the context of the concept of smart grid

Abstract
The article discusses the perspectives and modern means of using system technologies in the context of the concept of smart grid. Based on their analysis, the author focuses on the need to use the model of "smart-city ", which should correspond to the current realities of mobile, a continuously transformed, informationally rich urban environment. The international experience of using smart innovations is considered. The prospects of using the caresserings system in the city are explored, which will give users mobility, economy and ecological compatibility. There are four barriers that hinder the development of this innovation system. The benefits of using caressing for users, cities, businesses and the world are proposed
