Systemizace aparátu KSČ v jihočeském kraji na přelomu 40./50. let 20. století; kariéra místních politických elit

Abstract
The article presents the people holding high positions in the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia (KSČ) in the South Bohemian Region at the turn of the 1940s and the 1950s. The text describes the organizational structure of the Communist Party apparatus at the regional level and its key role in functioning of the then state, which also moves to the high position of its the most important activists. The staff of regional structure of the Party have been characterized on the basis of archival sources, both in a cross-sectional way and by describing the careers of several activists. The historical period that is the subject of the work is crucial to the formation of the personal composition of the KSČ apparatus until its collapse in 1989.
