Tactical methods of overcoming conflict during interrogation

Abstract
The article deals with the defining tactical methods of overcoming conflicts during interrogation. The author determined that the task of the investigator during interrogation in conflict situations must involve not only awareness of matured conflict and finding ways to solve it, but also in the prevention of conflicts in his work, solving conflictogenic situations, i. e. situations containing preconditions of probable conflict. A conflict situationwith strict competition occurs whenever interrogated person chooses to counteract investigation. Countering attitude during investigation can occur in the following forms: a) refusal of a person to testify; b) avoidance of giving evidence; c) giving false evidence; d) deliberate concealment or omission of certain circumstances, events which can be important for the investigation; e) changing evidence from true to false fully or partially; f) refusal of interrogated person to sign information reported during the interrogation.
