TARIFF AND REGULAR REGULATION AS TOOLS FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF ECONOMIC DIPLOMACY OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article considers the essence of customs and tariff regulation as instruments of realization of economic diplomacy of Ukraine. The theoretical aspects of customs-tariff regulation in Ukraine are considered, as well as the main shortcomings in its implementation. In the article, it is noted that in the conditions of geographical expansion of Ukrainian foreign trade, Ukrainian foreign economic entities are increasingly faced with non-traditional measures of non-tariff regulation. When importing a number of food products to Israel, restrictive measures are also applied to the need for a Kosher certificate. One of the most exotic cases of restrictive measures is the introduction in Israel once every seven years of a new tariff for goods, primarily vegetables, in accordance with the religious law of Shmita, which prohibits the cultivation of agricultural products on the "land of Israel" once every seven years.
