TEACHER’S SKILLS AND THEIR USE IN PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY

Abstract
In the article, attention was drawn to the explanation of the concept of skills that the teacher obtains regardless of academic and practical preparation for the profession. Selected conditions for the formation of soft and hard skills teachers used in everyday work were discussed. The distinguished features have become the basis for conducting research in a group of teachers completing higher education. The material obtained was developed in qualitative and quantitative terms. All the theoretical and research implications have been summarized.<br/><br/>
