EDUCATIONAL DIMENSION OF THE RURAL TOURISM

Abstract

The article id dedicated to the phenomenon of the pedagogical farms and its importance in the tourism and the preservation of the rural environment especially its cultural aspect. The first part is a kind of short literature review, a presentation of the role of the rural cultural heritage both material and non-material in the development of the tourism in the rural environment. Also the function of the preservation of the heritage is considered. One of the most convenient ways do achieve this goal is the idea of the pedagogical farms. This kind of didactic product exists also in Poland. Next part of the topic is dedicated to detailed description of the idea and its implementation in our country. The technical and legal environment of its creation and functioning together with its rather short history is described. The main focus is on the part related to the practical lessons and its possible impact on the development of tourist offer based on this issue. The educational part and the way of its implementation in the pedagogical farms on the example of Lower Silesia as the most equipped region in this phenomenon is presented in detail<br/><br/>
