TEACHING TENDENCIES IN WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT IN THE COLLEGE STUDY PROCESS

Abstract

There‘s a huge variety of websites, because every field has its own face, and every company has its own individuality and therefore is specific. Websites are found on the Internet as the most popular virtual products. Nowadays website is an integral part of any life activity: business, education, healthcare, entertainment. Websites are created by various applications software, on the Internet there are a lot of web servers to choose from. Thus, tutors have a question how to organize training that the students, future proficient, would be able to create websites as an attractive quality product. To analyse primary sources qualitative analysis and synthesis of scientific literature and content of some websites are used as well as a comparison and generalization methods. The types of websites are analysed by quality criteria and actualities of teaching students to build websites. While creating an ordered website (practice, course project, final work) the student must evaluate the quality of the website using the special tools to ensure the quality of the website. Websites are classified according to companies’ classification and personal experience or various authors’ ideas about website’s evaluation. Websites are classified depending on company’s standards and types or the groups of people they are target at. Different types of websites have specific requirements, however, criteria of the text qualities and technologies evaluation are analogical. The creation of website, analysis of information, and its presentation, all are changing processes. IT teachers must co-operate with others, who possess knowledge of language culture, economy, aesthetics, ethics, law, management, and foreign languages, because website quality evaluation criteria depend on different science fields.
