TECHNOLOGICAL AND INNOVATIVE SAFETY OF AN INDUSTRY: SYSTEMATIZATION OF THREATS AND MEASUREMENT PARAMETERS

Abstract
The article presents a systematic analysis of the threats and indicators of measurement of technological and innovation safety of an industry. It is determined that technological safety is a derivative from the qualitative and quantitative parameters of technological equipment of production process, therefore, safety measures should be aimed at strengthening the production base and streamlining production processes at enterprises, mainly by “hard” administrative methods and investments in capital assets. We established that the industry’s innovative security reflects its ability to generate high-tech solutions and products to meet the needs of the international market in a competitive environment. In the paper, we propose to use “soft” organizational, economic, and psychological tools of cooperative character at the corporate, sectoral, and inter-sectoral levels both within the country and with the use of the whole spectrum of forms of international business activities: export-import operations, technology transfer, and international cooperation.
