Abstract
The effect of accuracy and roughness of nozzle holes on the durability of the injector device of marine diesel engines. The basic reasons for the failure of the fuel injector and the ways of solving these problems, which will lead to more sustainable modes of operation of the engine and increase the resource of the power device. It provides the most advanced to date, the technological manufacturing techniques, smoothing and polishing the edges, which are often difficult to reach, and sometimes, due to the high hardness, cannot be handled by the blade cutter. An example of the implementation of the goal with the help of the company machines «Sodick».
