EFFICIENCY OF PHYSICAL REHABILITATION PATIENTS WITH SPINE INJURY WITH USE OF HYDROKINEISERAPY

Abstract
The article covers the issues of hydrokinetic therapy as a means of rehabilitation of patients with spine injuries. The main causes and mechanisms of spine injuries are described. The expediency of using and the mechanism of re-storative action of water kinezotherapy in a complex of means of mobilization of the spine is substantiated, the indi-cations and contraindications to its application in the rehabilitation of patients are systematized. The possibilities of using water kinezotherapy in combination with other methods of physical rehabilitation have been analyzed. The data of the experimental study of the effectiveness of water kinezotherapy as a means of physical rehabilita-tion of patients with vertebral-spinal cord injuries at the level of the thoracic and lumbar spine are presented. Conclusions are made regarding the effectiveness of water kinezotherapy as a means of physical rehabilitation of patients with spine and spinal trauma, its positive effect on the dynamics of restoration of the functional state and the formation of compensatory processes in spinal patients.
