IMPORTANCE RADIOLOGIC RESEARCH METHODS IN DIAGNOSING AND ASSESSING TREATMENT EFFICACY ARTERY PULMONARY EMBOLISM

Abstract

The results of a comprehensive survey of 103 patients with a suspicion of pulmonary embolism are presented. It has been shown that perfusion pulmonoscintigraphy in connection with sufficient information (the probability of the determination of pulmonary embolism is almost 70%), low invasiveness and radiation load, is a screening method for the examination of patients with suspected pulmonary embolism and can be used in Ukraine as a method of early di-agnosis . The developed algorithm of complex examination of patients with suspected pulmonary embolism makes it possible to recommend an appropriate sequence of diagnostic measures to accelerate the diagnosis of pulmonary em-bolism, reduce the radiation burden on the patient, prevent traumatic research, allergic complications and monitor the course of the disease. It is proved that the highest diagnostic accuracy in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism is ob-served when integrating data from two beam methods of research - perfusion pulmonoscintigraphy and computer an-gioplung: a timely diagnosis of thromboembolism in the pulmonary artery was established in 93 (90.3%) patients.
