TECHNOLOGY AND TAKING OF TESTING FOR EXAMINATION

Abstract
The article deals with the definition of tactical and technological aspects of the preparation and conduct of such investigative (investigative) acts as obtaining samples for examination. The author investigates the essence of investigative questions (investigative) action, its connection with the appointment of expertise. Also in the article questions the relation of concepts “forensic technology”, “investigative tech- nology” and “technology expert”
