Technology ensures the implementation of the model of pedagogical conditions of implementation of innovative management in secondary education

Abstract
This article carried out scientific-theoretical analysis of innovation management in the secondary education system; defines the basic conditions for their implementation. Described a model that will be implemented in the management process is with the help of the teaching conditions in secondary education, with the production and implementation of innovative changes in the regional context, external and internal factors. Disclosed is a technology for realtec model of pedagogical conditions of im¬plementation of innovative management in secondary education; reflected the gradual implementation of the components of the model technology pedagogical conditions through the application of modern principles and innovations for future development of the system of secondary education in the region.
