Technology Transfer Contract in Arab Legislation

Abstract
Arab countries rely on the development of their industry on engineering technology imported from the major industrial countries. In order to ensure the protection of national companies from the exploitation of international companies owning technology knowledge, it was necessary to identify the legal regime for the transfer of technology in Arab legislation. We find that the economic openness of Arab countries and the lifting of restrictions on investment The continued growth and spread of technology throughout the world have led to the fall of all barriers. Technology may be tangible in the form of engineering and intangible equipment in the form of knowledge and all related to technological and technological development.
