TENDENCIES AND PERSPECTIVES OF RETAIL’S DEVELOPMENT IN SUMY REGION

Abstract
In the article there are studied the tendencies of retail’s development in Ukraine and Sumy region. There were analyzed the dynamics of retail trade turnover in Ukraine and the added value structure by the types of economic activity. It was estimated that the trade processing trade is a leading branch which has a significant influence on development of Ukraine both in general and in its individual regions. The analysis of retail’s trade values of Sumy region showed their development dynamics. The development of retail’s trade in Sumy region is accompanied by changing of its network – there is observed a decreasing of shops number and simultaneous increasing of trade areas that indicates about the changing of trade objects types and their enlarging.
