THE MANAGEMENT OF CLUSTER-NETWORK STRUCTURES SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZING

Abstract
The peculiarities of management organization for the cluster-network structures sustainable development have been considered. These peculiarities take into account the fractal nature of cluster and have used the holon assignment for the levels of management allocation. The level of cluster participants’ readiness to accept the business rules of interaction has been determined as the basis for the management organizing. The correlation of this readiness with the each of participants’ relative contribution in the efficiency of the cluster's functioning has been foreseen. The technology of decision trees constructing was used as a tool for components of management organizing content definition. Within this technology, the list of influence spheres that are perceived by the cluster participants has been indicated. Also, the approach for the management policies and practices distribution between the cluster-networked participants has been declared.
