Abstract
The purpose of the article is to clarify the theoretical aspects of organizational support of trading enterprises logistic activities. Such scientific and special methods of research were used during research: analysis and synthesis, logical generalization, comparative comparison. The approaches to the definition of the concept of the essence of "organizational support" are presented. The existing definitions of the term "logistic activity" are explored and the author's interpretation of this concept is offered. It is determined which main and auxiliary logistic processes form the logistic activity of a trading enterprise. The basic forms of logistic activity management of a trading enterprise and their main advantages and disadvantages are identified. In the article, it is substantiated that the organizational support of the logistic activity of a trading enterprise is the formation of an effective organizational structure, which based on the integrated form of management, the combination of centralized and decentralized, which involves the formation of administrative management methods and the rational allocation of functions, responsibilities between executives and managers.
