Abstract
This article deals with the influence of computer technologies, as well as their means, on the socio-economic process of the information society, in particular on the system of data protection of an institution or organization under conditions of increased Internet crime for committing so-called computer fraud and other crimes. related to it. Effective implementation of various means of protection, and, above all, information and communication means, favorably affect the entire system of information security and thus does not endanger criminal proceedings. It should also be noted that at the present stage of the development of information technology in the part of information protection "computer" fraudsters is quite difficult, and sometimes it is impossible, without special knowledge and means, to perform their actions only exclusively through illegal operations using computer technology.
