ТЕХНОЛОГИЯ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ ГРАНУЛИРОВАННОГО ЗАМЕНИТЕЛЯ ОВЕЧЬЕГО МОЛОКА ИЗ ОТХОДОВ ПРОИЗВОДСТВА БРЫНЗЫ

Abstract
The article is devoted to the role of animal husbandry and ensuring food security, which is one of the global problems in the modern world, which is also relevant for the Republic of Azerbaijan. Potential sources for increasing milk production are analyzed and the effectiveness of the practice of early weaning of lambs, their cultivation on sheep milk substitutes and intensive use of queens for the production of whole sheep milk for the preparation of high-quality and competitive dairy products by industrial methods. The paper also describes a developed experimental setup for the production of granulated SMS (substitutes of sheep milk), the results of an industrial test for the preparation of granules of SMS and feeding them with lambs.
