THE AFTER-STRIKE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT WHICH IS BASED ON LEGISLATION AS A WAY OF STOPPING THE STRIKE

Abstract
The article describes the nature and specifics of the after-strike collective agreements which are based on legislation as a way of ending labor dispute at the stage of the strike. The issues are presented as unsolved problems and with reference to the various views which occur in the labor law doctrine. The author tries to give the reader a comprehensive view about features and the essence of the agreements due to such factors as: the entitled parties, content, form, validity of agreements and relations with other sources of labor law, contracts of employment and civil law contracts.
