THE ALGORITHM OF THE MANAGEMENT OF THE COST OF A JOINT AGRICULTURAL VENTURE ON THE BASIS OF THE APPLICATION OF MULTIVARIATE CALCULATIONS

Abstract
In the work problems of construction of the algorithm of management of the value of joint agricultural venture are investigated, scientific and practical approaches to the estimation of the value of such an enterprise as a purchase and sale object are formulated, the classification distribution of factors of generation and destruction of value is formed, the concept of construction of the methodology of economic indicators of the enterprise value on the basis of application of multivariate cost estimation calculations. From the point of view of the system approach, the process of valuation is considered as a complex system; considered the elements of this system, their mutual relations, as well as interaction with another system – the object of evaluation. A comparative analysis of advantages and disadvantages of different approaches and methods of estimation of value is fulfilled. A single table is developed that reflects the suitability of different approaches and assessment methods, depending on the factors of the choice of evaluation methods such as the purpose of the assessment, type of cost, type of activity, type and size of the company, availability of data for the evaluation, etc. A generalized algorithm for choosing the method of evaluation is considered, depending on the specific assessment situation. A formal apparatus is proposed that provides automation of verification of applicability of estimation methods. For this purpose, the multidimensional space of valuation situations is introduced as a Cartesian product of factors of the choice of evaluation methods, and each permissible estimation situation (the point of this space) is put in accordance with the set of applicable assessment methods. This provides a verification of the applicability of methods of the income approach and the issuance of recommendations on the application of other methods of evaluation.
