Abstract
The article is devoted to the nature and content of studies of the problems of the use of irrigation and drainage lands in Ukraine. The approaches of basic scientific works on the legal regulation of the use of irrigation and drainage lands in Ukraine. The author focuses on revealing the main stages of the formation of scientific thought regarding the legal provi- sion of irrigation and drainage lands in Ukraine.
