THE ANALYSIS OF THE ATTRACTIVENESS OF THE AREA WITH THE USE OF EXPERT RATING TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract
The paper has been developed and investigated rating of the residential area attractiveness of the city. The proposed rating of quickly and efficiently takes appropriate management decisions with respect to pricing in the property market. The criteria rated as widely as possible take into account the basic needs of the population in the formation of the demand for residential real estate, both in primary and secondary housing market. According to the rating analysis was carried out of the investment attractiveness of residential areas of the city.
