The appointment of the examination and the examination in civil case: problems of undue delay of civil procedure

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the problematic aspects of undue delay of civil procedure during the appointment of an expert examination as well as the examination itself in civil case. The author identifies the subjects of undue delay of civil procedure. The specific kinds of undue delay of civil proceedure by the court and the participants of civil case during the appointment of examination as well as by the expert and director of expert institution during the examination are highlighted in the article.
