The approach of functional independence of economic diagnostics an integrated within the a special function

Abstract
The paper emphasizes of functional independence in the special of diagnosis subsystem. We prove this approach was confirm and consolidate their theoretical and methodological framework, which sets out the general provisions for industries and requirements for build and to use management of enterprises.
