Abstract

Accelerated and real implementation across the EU Member States of some strategic planning documents drawn up at European Institutions level - European Common Security and Defense Policy, EU External Security Strategy, EU Maritime Security Strategy, Integrated Maritime Policy - could represent important steps in creating a new environment that can lead to a new re-balancing action of state and non-state actors with geopolitical interests in the Wider Black Sea Region.
