THE CHALLENGES OF THE 21-th CENTURY FOR EDUCATIONAL SPACE OF UKRAINE

Abstract

The author raises questions that are relevant for the educational space of Ukraine: the quality of training graduates all ed-ucational institutions (schools, vocational schools, colleges, institutes, universities); the lack of interaction between educa-tional institutions and employers, that it is need to create the infrastructure labor market; the system of vocational guidance that help young people choose a vocation, while taking into account individual aptitudes and the needs of the national econ-omy. The system of vocational guidance helps young people find suitable jobs; developing further strategy for the transfor-mation of education in Ukraine; alterations of training programs; the external independent knowledge assessment; the loss of upbringing component in the educational process; inclusive education, studying experience of Western European countries. Education is presented as the first step in algorithm: education – research – projects – mastering innovations.
