THE COMPLEX OF ANALYTICAL MEASURES TO PROVIDE MANAGEMENT OF THE EFFICIENCY OF THE FUNCTIONING OF MEAT PROCESSING ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The article deals with the complex of analytical measures to ensure the management of the efficiency of meat processing enterprises functioning. The necessity of using ISO 9000 standards, «compass of correct nutrition» on the label of meat products and on its own site is detailed. The advantages for meat processing enterprises from the implementation of the solution «ABYY-Management of meat-packing plant for Ukraine» are based on the product «1С: Enterprise 8». The article deals with the directions of optimization of variables and conditional-constant costs for reducing the expenditure mechanism at meat processing enterprises. The main directions of increase of net proceeds from sales of meat products are given.
