THE CONCEPT AND SPECIAL FEATURES OF MORTGAGE LENDING MARKET

Abstract
The article focuses on review and articulation of theoretical aspects of the mortgage lending market concept. There have been outlined the peculiar features of mortgage lending market operation as a constituent of mortgage market. The issue of diverse scientific approaches to the vision mortgage market and mortgage lending market has been explored in terms of understanding of the mortgage capital forms that underlies their interpretation. The difference between primary and secondary mortgage market has been analyzed. It has been substantiated that the study of mortgage market is to be carried out through the prism of system analysis of its components, to which mortgage market (primary mortgage market), mortgage securities market, and real estate market should be referred. It has been also noted that the State plays an obligatory and key role in regulation and supervision of mortgage lending both at primary and secondary mortgage market, which must be a top priority for public policy.
