THE CONCEPT OF “FINANCIAL SERVICE” IN THE CONTEXT OF THE LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE ADAPTATION TO THE EU LEGISLATION

Abstract
The article deals with the concept of “financial service”. The legislation of Ukraine, EU acts, decisions of the European Court of Human Rights are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the characteristic features of financial services that distinguish them from other services.
