THE REGULATION OF THE RIGHT TO SECURITY IN THE UNIVERSAL ACTS OF HUMAN RIGHTS IN THE ASPECT OF PROTECTION OF PARTICIPANTS OF INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
In this article it was analyzed the provisions of the universal international legal acts: Charter of human rights conventions, the resolutions, recommendations adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations and Economic and Social Council of the United Nations, reports of the United Nations Development Programme, decisions of the United Nations Congress on Crime Prevention and the Treatment of Offenders (United Nations Congress on Crime Prevention and criminal justice) for the right to security; it was focused on the issue of human security in the international criminal justice system.
