THE CONTENT OF CLAIM ABOUT ESTABLISHING OF FACT, WHICH HAS A LEGAL SIGNIFICANCE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the peculiarities of the content of the statement for the establishing of a fact, which has a legal significance. The author defines the general and special requirements, which are defined by the CPC of Ukraine to the content of the statement on the establishing of a fact of legal significance. The article also defines the grounds for abandoning the statement for the establishment of a fact of legal significance without movement, as well as proposes a special procedure for applying to a court in cases of separate proceedings with a claim for the protection of an unrecognized right.
