THE CONCEPT OF INTRODUCTION OF NON-FORMAL EDUCATION IN THE PROCESS OF FUTURE SOCIAL PEDAGOGUES’ PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

Abstract
The author’s vision of the concept of organization the non-formal education of future social pedagogues in the process of professional training is presented. The leading theoretical approaches and pedagogical concepts that define the methodology of organization of the non-formal education are described. The aim, tasks, principles, value principles, functions and methods of concept realization are characterized.
