THE STATE OF SOCIO-CULTURAL COMPONENT OF FUTURE NAVIGATORS’ EDUCATION IN 60–80-TH XX CENTURY

Abstract
he article outlines the state of the socio-cultural component of the education of future navigators in the 60–80s of the XX century. Periodizations that reflect the state of education in the specified period are considered. The laws, regulations, projects that influenced the development of education and its socio-cultural component are characterized. The attention is focused on the simultaneous process of educating and upbringing of students, the need for their cognitive development, knowledge acquisition and cultural, educational and labor activities. It was concluded that the content of the sociocultural component was completely dependent on the authorities and was ideologically designed to form a communist attitude towards the surrounding world.
