THE CONCEPT, STRUCTURE AND SPECIFIC FEATURES OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL STATUS OF THE SUBJECTS OF ENSURING THE RIGHTS OF PERSONS CONVICTED TO IMPRISONMENT IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The essence and content of the notion of «administrative and legal status» have been defined. The specific of the legal status of individual and collective participants of legal relations has been analyzed. The author has studied scientific approaches to understanding of the structure of administrative and legal status of the subjects of ensuring the rights of persons convicted to imprisonment in Ukraine; and the characteristics of its main structural elements have been provided. The author has noted that the efficiency of legal regulation, securing and protecting of the rights of citizens serving the criminal punishment in the form of imprisonment directly depends on the clear definition of the legal status of all indicated state and public subjects of ensuring the rights of citizens convicted to Imprisonment.
