The Conceptual Principles of Socio-Philosophical Analysis of the Phenomenon of Economic Underdevelopment.

Abstract

The article deals with the problems of studying the phenomenon of economic underdevelopment of the post-industrial society. The investigation of common features uniting countries that belong to the least developed and developing countries have been done. Backwardness lies not only in economic development. In their development rich countries have long passed to the stage based on information-communication, nano- and biotechnologies. And exactly at the level of the development of science the specifics of the economic backwardness of entire regions is revealed. On the basis of socio-philosophical analysis of the phenomenon of poverty it is found that economic backwardness is based on a number of factors. It is proved that the problem of backwardness of countries and a low level of their development is studied primarily from an economic standpoint that is why understanding of economic underdevelopment remains a promising socio-philosophical problem of scientific analysis. The main manifestation of economic underdevelopment is the presence of developing countries – especially least developed countries that create poverty zone. The low development of science indicates the cause of underdevelopment in these countries. Backwardness between them and the most developed countries is increasing. This inequality together with poor state governance and increasing poverty in postindustrial society leads to economic underdevelopment.
