Information and Communication Technologies as a Means of Realization of Informational Competence of Experts in the Field of Ecology.

Abstract

There are the information and communication technologies (ICTs), which are one of the important directions of modernization and upgrading of modern higher education. ICTs provide interactivity, intensification and innovation of the learning process at the university, feedback between subjects of the didactic process. It is the pedagogical software tools (PPP), in our opinion, that provide the participants of the educational process with the opportunity to formulate and solve with their computers a wide range of practically oriented tasks of different levels of complexity, namely: illustration and visualization of educational information; demonstration of the application of mathematical, physical, chemical methods of research of processes and phenomena; the development of spatial thinking; the study of natural-mathematical models of processes and phenomena, etc. The system of dynamic mathematics GeoGebra allows students to create 3-D graphics, interactive models of various physical phenomena and chemical formulas, to conduct experimental research on changing the parameters of functions that are used in the study of environmental disciplines. In fig. 3 it is presented using the 3-D methane model (CH4), which contains hydrogen atoms around the carbon atom. The article highlights the role of pedagogical software tools in the teaching of environmental disciplines, on the example of the system of dynamic mathematics GeoGebra, with which it is possible to simulate in3-D graphic spatial formulas of important chemical compounds of organic and inorganic nature, which form the framework of biological and geological cycles in the environment and determine the formation of ecosystems. The creation of simulation models is based on the use of virtual laboratories, which provide the user with a complete set of tools and a system of parameters that can be modified in accordance with the given conditions, as well as input and output data (experimental results), the effectiveness of the data of the training virtual laboratories in students' educational activities is shown. Natural specialties, since the experiment does not require material costs and demonstrates the real picture of the research.
