The Constitution of Ukraine and its role in improving the sources of social security law: essence, innovations, trends.

Abstract
The article reveals the general theoretical and legal aspects of the Constitution of Ukraine in the system of sources of law for social security of social protection of persons with disabilities in certain EU member states. The importance of systematic reform of social policy and social security was noted. The emphasis is on social principles of development of society and state. The main essential features of the Constitution of Ukraine as the Basic Law of our state are revealed. The main constitutional system links of the Constitution of Ukraine and other legislative acts are emphasized. The importance of international and European social standards in the context of the development of sources of social security law is emphasized. The basic, constitutional social rights of a person are revealed. Conclusions and suggestions are made.
