THE CONTROLLING SYSTEM AT INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES: CLASSIFICATION ASPECT

Abstract
The article discusses approaches to building a controlling system at industrial enterprises. The qualification characteristics of building the controlling system are highlighted based on the analysis and generalization of the accumulated experience in the organization of controlling activities. For each feature, a classification of the controlling system is given. Each type of controlling system is given a characteristic, schematic diagram, highlighted advantages and disadvantages. Options for building a controlling system in the Ukrainian business are described.
