THE CULTURE OF PEDAGOGICAL INTERACTION OF THE SUBJECTS OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS, CRITERIA AND LEVELS OF ITS FORMATION

Abstract
The problem of formation of the culture of pedagogical interaction of subjects of the educational process of a higher education institution in a modern, unstable, controversial Ukraine acquires serious importance. Therefore, the authors accentuate that teachers need to understand their role in the life of each student, to learn to perceive each person as an individual and to see him as an equal partner in communication and collaboration, as well as to teach their students the same equal relationship to each other. A university teacher must provide knowledge, as well as discover and develop talents, student abilities, create conditions for self-expression, self-expression, etc. This can only be done by the teacher who himself works on improvement, improving their pedagogical skills, raising the level of culture of pedagogical interaction with students, colleagues and parents of students. The article discusses the component structure of the culture of pedagogical interaction, namely: pedagogical culture, pedagogical communication, and cooperation of teachers and students of higher educational institutions. The criteria that covered the above-mentioned components are presented. On the basis of the criteria, the levels of formation of the culture of pedagogical interaction of the subjects of the educational process are developed: high, medium, and low. Each level is characterized in the article. The influence of the high level of culture of pedagogical interaction on the educational, research, educative, organizational, and professional activities has been proved, and its role in creating the personality of a student has been determined. Achieving a high level of interaction is the achievement of excellence both in the management of the educational process, and in the results of training and education – the development of the personality of the pupil as a highly spiritual person and as a highly qualified professional.
