PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF FUTURE SPEECH PATHOLOGISTS

Abstract

In the article pedagogical conditions are considered as a complex of pedagogical measures aimed at increasing the efficiency of the educational process. The characteristic of the pedagogical conditions for the professional development of the future speech pathologists in the process of studying in higher education institutions is given. The first pedagogical condition is determined by the creation of an educational creative environment, which is the main determinant of the professional development of a future specialist in the period of acquisition of his professional education: the conditions of formation of the student's creative personality are characterized; features and basic mechanisms of creation of creative educational space in institutions of higher education; factors of the educational and creative environment, which have a formative influence on students' creativity; teaching methods. The second pedagogical condition of the professional development of speech pathologists is considered - introduction of the special course "Fundamentals of professional development of future defectologists", which performs the main functions - value-oriented function, which is connected with goal-setting to "perspective", performance of future professional activity and reflective function, which provides possibility self-development organization for professional development. The pedagogical condition is substantiated - the implementation of educational projects in the process of training future speech pathologists as an opportunity to independently acquire and replenish knowledge, acquire competencies in the field of diagnostic, correctional and pedagogical, communicative activities. The pedagogical condition of professional development, such as the activation of educational activities of future speech pathologists through the combination of formal, informal and informal education, is revealed. In this sector, the role of innovative forms of learning - master classes; the emphasis is on the transformation of the library into the "library + laboratory" design, which is carried out by means of computerization of premises of higher education institutions
