THE CURRENT STATE OF THE FINANCIAL MARKET OF UKRAINE AND WAYS OF ITS IMPROVEMENT

Abstract
Introduction. Implementation of the vast majority of economic relations between market participants is due to intermediaries that solve problems of the financial services market. There are processes of service delivery to mobilize, distribution and redistribution of available resources. Financial market consists of various institutions providing specific professional services, directing the flow of funds from lenders / investors to recipients. That is the level of development of mediation in financial services, largely depending on the efficiency of its operation. Methods. The paper considers theoretical methods of synthesis and comparison; methods of logic synthesis; economic and statistical methods. Results. The state of the financial market of Ukraine at the present stage of its development. Characterized individual performance of bank and non-bank credit institutions and identified key problems of their functioning. The basic directions of Ukraine's financial market. Discussion. Prospects seen in strategy development and financial market participants with regard to the needs of their activities in an effective system of economic security.
