Journal Title: ЕКОНОМІЧНИЙ ДИСКУРС - Year 2018, Vol 1, Issue 3
Abstract
Worldwide and domestic experience confirms the need to optimize agricultural production based on an agrolandscape approach and ensure the growth of efficiency in the use of natural resources and the creation of optimal conditions for the formation of effective agricultural production. In this regard, the priority of the agrolandscape organization of the territory at the present stage has identified the need to analyze its impact on the economic efficiency of agricultural enterprises. Such research methods as economic and statistical for data processing in the environmental and economic analysis of the current state of the organization of the territory of agricultural enterprises and correlation and regression analysis to assess the impact and determine the mathematical dependencies of changes in the efficiency indicators of agricultural production from the parameters of the agrolandscape organization of the territory are used to perform the tasks. Studies are conducted on the statistical indicators of agricultural production enterprises of the Lviv region and the calculated data of their own research. The necessity of analyzing the mutual influence of indicators of the organizational-territorial system of land use and economic efficiency of agricultural production when planning the economic activity of enterprises has been substantiated. The assessment of the impact of the organization of the territory on the economic efficiency of the activities of agricultural enterprises was carried out on the basis of determining the relationship between agrolandscape parameters and economic indicators. A close relationship has been established between the indicators of the ecological stability of the territory and the gross agricultural output, as well as the normative monetary value of agricultural land due to the extensiveness of agricultural production due to an increase in arable land. Determining the influence of agrolandscape parameters of the organization of the territory on the economic efficiency of agricultural production makes it possible to adjust the environmental and economic indicators in the process of planning the activities of agricultural enterprises.
