The Customs Regimes or the Customs Procedures: the EU Terminology and Classification Standards

Abstract
The present article provides the analyses of the Ukrainian and the EU approaches towards the customs regimes or customs procedures, and its systematization. The need to adopt the procedural conception is justified. It is highlighted that this conception for a greater scale is able to reflect the essence of the customs formalities performed on the movement of goods across the customs frontier. The perspectives for the reformation of the provisions of the Customs code of Ukraine are determined from the point of view of the trends of the modern administration law development and approximation to the customs acquis communautaire.
