THE DEFICIT OF UKRAINE’S NATIONAL BUDGET AND PROBLEMS OF ITS MANAGEMENT

Abstract
On a regular basis, important question is to investigate the causes of the deficit and ways to control it. The article is devoted to the problems of deficit and ensure effective management it. The article discusses the concept and dynamics of the state budget deficit of Ukraine and there is also determined the reasons for its growth. Dynamics ratio of budget deficit to GDP. The possible measures to minimize the budget deficit.
