The development of credit mechanisms of forming revenue base of local budgets in Ukraine

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of the development of municipal loans in Ukraine. The main stages of development of the local loan market are considered, and the dynamics of its development is estimated. The existing system of the municipal loans regulation is analyzed and the approaches towards its reforming are determined.
